Halloween Time at Disneyland!!

We spotted Minnie and there was NO line to see her. By the time this picture was taken, the line was quite long. Mike was less than thrilled to have to take this picture, but he was a good sport! :)

Yesterday, Mike and I went to Disneyland with our friends, Chris and Chelsea. We all have passes, so we decided to go together. IT WAS SO FUN!!! It was Mike and I's first time on the new 3D Toy Story ride (which is SO awesome). They also showed us some cool places in California Adventure that we'd never been to before. We love when we go and we do something we have never done before! And to top it all off, it was decorated for Halloween. It is awesome. I loved the decor.

In line for the new 3D Toy Story ride. It was super fun! And I beat Mike! That NEVER happens. He always beats me at AstroBlasters too. But not yesterday! I beat him. I felt very victorious all day! :)

This is one of the places that C & C showed us that we'd never been to before. The computer takes your picture and you answer 5 questions, and then it tells you what Disney character you are MOST like. Chelsea said, "It's so fun! You never get the same Disney character twice!" WELL! Not me. I got the EXACT same character 3 TIMES! And, let's just say it ain't no princess either!!

Chris's character. A generally happy and cheerful character. Pretty sweet.

Chelsea's character. A PRINCESS! A beautiful sweet princess with a pretty dress and good reputation!

Mike's character - "Hades". Wikipedia describes Hades as Hercule's evil uncle who is the lord of the Underworld. WONDERFUL. Definitely not Jiminy or Cinderella.

And now for my character - "Maleficent". Wikipedia describes her as a dark fairy and self-proclaimed "mistress of all evil". AGAIN! No princess. And, I got the lovely Maleficent 3 TIMES! I even tried changing my answers and STILL got her. It must be that I look like her. It was pretty traumatizing actually! :) While it was fun to explore a new place in the park, it would have been nice to get a princess :) Maybe next time I'll take off my glasses and let my hair down and then take the picture. Maybe I'll get more satisfying results!

This little girl did not like this ride either. She is giving her mom the meanest look! We thought it was pretty funny!

At the end of the night, we went to BJ's Pizza for dinner. It was SUCH a good dinner (thank you Geddis'!). We tried a new pizza we'd never had before, and had the hugest dessert.

Did our little group of 4 really need to get the "PAZOOKIE PLATTER"??!! Probably not, but apparently Chris really loves the chocolate chip pazookie. And Mike and I love the pazookie too. So, we made the executive decision to JUST GO FOR IT! :) And go for it we did.....

So, it's official. Mike, Chelsea and myself love pazookie. And Chris LOVES pazookie. Look at Chelsea's face in this picture. So classic!

Sadly, there wasn't much left.... It was such a sweet (ha, no pun intended) ending to such a nice day!! We are looking for to our next trip with more friends! Thanks you guys for SUCH a GREAT day!!
